Delivery details
We charge £2.95 for deliveries within the United Kingdom (mainland), delivery to UK Islands is £4.95.
Please allow approximately 5 working days for delivery, although we endeavour to beat this target!
Returns
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange the return of the product, the cost of which is the responsibility of the purchaser. The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging and in a saleable condition. We do not accept responsibility for circumstances out of our control, such as items lost or damaged in transit. We will then refund the full value of the goods, minus the original delivery charges, as soon as possible and no longer than 30 days from the date of purchase.
Exchanges
Return your purchases to Victoria May within 7 days of receipt, and we will despatch replacement goods. A re-delivery charge (at our standard rates) will apply. Victoria May reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods are believed to have been damaged, or are not in their original condition. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your Statutory Rights.

If you have sensitive skin, we would always advise that you carry out a test - use a small amount of the soap on your skin, then leave it for at least 24 hours in order to check your sensitivity before using the product further.If you have any medical concerns about using our products, some of which contain essential oils that should not be used when pregnant, lactating or with certain medical conditions, please consult your medical practitioner. Essential oils should not be used under the age of 6.
Victoria May reserve the right to change the appearance, packaging, and scent, or withdraw any products at any time.
